The Everglades Sunset Photography Tour
The Everglades National Park never disappoints, especially when you know where to go.
This past weekend we had a great group of people come out to the Everglades Sunset Tour.
We like to say that bad weather makes great photos, and it has never been truer than this past weekend at the Everglades.
Before we headed out of the sky was dark. The rain was starting to come down and I am not going to lie but I was afraid we were going to get a storm.
Once we arrived at the meeting location, the photography gods were with us. The sky cleared up and we were on our way.
We saw some alligators, lots of birds but when the sun started to hide behind the treeline, the colors came alive. I had to shoot video on my phone so people would believe me, as the sky looked like a pastel painting found at The Louvre.
The sun had set and the sky started to take a life of its own. The colors stayed for about 10 minutes only so we could photograph them. It was magical to say the least.
The Everglades is an incredible place. I do not think I have ever seen a bad sunset out there. I can’t wait to see more and meet more incredible photographers.
Below are a couple photos of the epic times at the Everglades National Park Photography Sunset Tour.
